The Urban Residences provide a range of luxurious accommodations, including large penthouses, corner suites, family suites, studios, and apartments. All the rooms are well-equipped with fully-appointed designer kitchens, spacious balconies with outdoor furniture, and panoramic city views. The maximum occupancy for each type of room varies, ranging from 2 to 4 persons, with the option of including a baby under 3 years of age. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to stay at the hotel, and a deposit is required upon check-in for each room type. Additionally, it is not permitted to welcome guests to the rooms.
